A classic Onnaing transitional Art Nouveau in to Art Deco pitcher with the classic Deco 'hexagonal' shape, angular handle and Mackintosh-esque roses, but with Art Nouveau style foliage and patterning.

The hand applied deep green glaze makes a lovely background to the pink roses and sits well with the deep red interior.

It stands 7.5" tall  and shows its 100 plus years of use through crazing an a small mature chip at the base. There is a hairline at the rim in two places.  It remains  solid and postable, the pitcher is still useable with water. The price has been reduced to reflect this.

This striking French Frie Onnaing Art Nouveau pitcher dates  from the 1910s.
