Shipping is added based on the weight of all items in your cart. Sometimes I can ship a particular combination of products more economically, if this is the case I send a refund.

Safe shipping internationally:

I pack your order very carefully, using a mixture of new and re-used packaging. I try to make the best choices for the environment whilst ensuring safe arrival.

What if my order arrives damaged?

The vast majority of orders arrive with no problems. However well we pack, occasionally there are breakages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me so I can resolve it. Your satisfaction with your purchase is my priority.

Buying vintage and antique treasures

The majority of the items we sell show signs of their past lives and loves, which is a quintessential part of their charm. 

I photograph and describe each product as accurately as possible. The images are high quality and can be magnified in your browser. I am always happy to discuss your purchase with you and send more pictures.
