Gorgeous antique bevelled glass easel style bevelled glass and ornate ormolu frame from Paris, still with the original paper to hold your choice of photograph.
 
The Napoleon III bow on the top is gloriously detailed and has developed some patina with time, it is made of solid brass, not the usual répoussé style, indicating it is one of the older and more up-market of this style of frame. 
 
The glass has some very minor wear at the corners. It measures 7" by 4.5" plus the sweet bun feet and bow.
