Two leather bound illustrated  prayer books with gold embossed designs and gold edged pages.
 
The larger has intricately patterned brass corner embelishments. It dates from 1889 as this is where the Easter Dates table commences. It is illustrated and has loosened binding from so many years of prayer. It measures 6" by 3.5"
 
The smaller dated 1883. It has many prayer cards forming a personal history for the prayer book and has the initials AS embossed on the cover. It measures 4.75" by 3"
