From fine Parisian up market grocer Julien Damoy, a remarkably well preserved bottle which once held carnichons or gherkins. The green label says they were preserved in first class vinegar (of course!). the label is designed with elegant typography for Damoy's elegant Parisian clientale. On the reverse of the bottle is "Julien Damoy Paris" in raised glass lettering.
It dates from the early 20th century
The bottle is in good condition with a little roughness around the rim and measures 6.5" tall and just under 3" in diamater
