Very deeply patinated ravier side dish plate from the more unusual French make, Pexonne.
 
The soft red design is called "campagne' or countryside and features some daisies in front of a traditional Eastern French village. 
 
It is in good condition and measures 9.5" by 4.75" The backstamp dates it to the period between 1857 and 1897
