Antique French enamel kitchen canisters which have been delightfully hand painted with feathery leaves and violet flowers 
 
The set comprises five canisters complete with their hand painted lids, with the ingredients in a delightful font.
 
They date from the late 19th century to the early 20th and are in good antique condition for their age and years of constant use. There are the usual chips and rusty patches. which give character, charm and confirm their authenticity. I have photographed the most chippy pot, the chicory, individually.
 
The pots range in size from 5.5" to 7.5" high
