A traditional hand carved bread platter , once the central part of a French home, with the Lord's prayercarved in raised letters around the board in French. Underneath the writing are ears of wheat.
 
The platter is in good condition showing the all important wear of use and age without cracks or chips
 
It measures 17" by 8"
 
It is sold as found, direct from the French family table, it has not had the original finish removed and the patina is preserved.
