Two absolutely beautiful French prayer books, a joyful addition to your collection as they display beautifully. Each is available separately.
 
The creamy 'hard back' cellulose covers - in the style of Ivory - have been elevated by their unusually gorgeous scalloped edges and their embossed intricate designs one including a cross and the other an M monogram. These were a beautiful source of prayer on a daily basis.
 
The pages are gold edged and catch the light beautifully and the closing clips on each are functional.
 
Please note the covers are a warmer cream to the eye than they appear in the  photographs. They measure 4" by 3"
 
Please note the M prayer book has a black pen mark where the original family name and address were obscured for privacy.
