A gorgeously patinated raised cake or serving plate in the regal Louis XV design by the desirable ceramicist, JV Bordeaux, with a beautiful 'crème brulée' patinated ironstone under a lovely deep blue intricate pattern of entwined ivy, scallop shells and acanthus scrolls.
 
The edges are delicately scalloped with an elegance befitting a king.
 
It measures just over 9" diameter and 2.25" tall. There are no chips or cracks.
