This 19th century Felix Potin Saindoux ironstone crock is a rare and highly collectible piece of French advertising, which I'm so excited to be able to bring you.

A Felix Potin confiture crock with a difference, it displays beautifully with its eyecatching monochrome typography on the off-white ironstone background, with the Felix Potin logo on the front.

Its authenticity is assured by the Luneville maker's mark on the base, as well as the FP initials imprinted into the base.

The crock has developped a light tea staining over the years, adding to its unique charm and appeal. There are a few old small chips at the rim and a small chip at the base at the back. Inside there is crazing at the base.

It is just over 5" tall and 4" in diameter
