A charming find from a French kitchen, dating to the 1920s or 1930s. With lovely stencilled light blue lettering, this is a delightful kitchen cannister.
 
'Farine' is French for flour but this pot would be useful for storing or displaying any kitchen items or indeed flowers. 
 
It is in good overall condition with no holes. There are chips in the enamel as is usual of a well used kitchen piece of this age.
