A set of one raised serving plate and six gorgeous tea plates by respected French manufacturer Salins, each has a wooden frame, surrounded by birds and flowers, which looks out over a rural French scene.
There are four different designs, there are three kingfisher plates and one each of the other birds.
All plates are useable although there is a chip on the back of one of the tea plates, shown. It is difficult to see in use
The plates date between 1880 and 1900 and measure 8.5" in diameter and the raised plate is 9.5" in diameter and 2" high.
On the back of each tea plate is the Salins stamp, though not on the serving plate, they were occasionally missed.
