A gorgeous antique tureen from the 1800s with a charming floral pattern in French ink blue and wonderfully ornate handles, always important!
 
The tureen is made by Choisy le Roi faïencerie and was found in Paris. The stamp on the base dates it from 1878
 
There are minor signs of age and use including some small chips and one visible one under the rim of the bowl.
 
This tureen stands on an elegant raised foot and measures 8.5" tall and 12.5" wide across the handles
