From the late 19th century, the Sarreguemines U&C stamp on the base dates it to before 1895, this beautiful shallow large bowl has the attractive rose and chrysanthemum design in light blue. It is the perfect size and shape to use as a fruit bowl.

The bowl has slight staining and a few scratches to the ironstone from its 130 plus years of life. It could have been used on a washstand for Madame's 'toilette' or as a serving dish in the dining room.

It measures 10" across and 2" tall
