A rare professional quality chocolate mold, these artisan chololate figures were, and still are, a sought after Christmas treat!
 
It is both sides of the elephant, with one of the original clips used to hold it together to have the chocolate poured in. 
 
There is the catalogue number visible above the elephant's head, this was for the chocolatier to order their molds from the large book the manufacturer would send, back in the day.
 
The mold is made of tinned metal and is in good antique used condition, with some marks but a good shine on the tinned inside.
