A very elegant tureen in white ironstone in great condition, in the desirable smaller size with the all important gorgeous handles.
 
It dates from the end of the 19th to the beginning of the 20th century and is old but well preserved French terre de fer or ironstone.
 
It stands 9" tall to the top of the handle and 7" in diameter, plus the handles. The bowl is 5" high.
