The beautiful classic Felix Potin jar, given character with a sprinkling of patina with 'tea staining' across the whole pot and crazing from age and useage, they were often reused for home made preserves. More traces of its history in an old chip on the base at the back and signs of wear and use on both top and the losses at the base.

Underneath it has the Luneville mark, dating it to the late 19th to early 20th century and the ultimate sign of authenticity from this pot is the imprint of the initials FP on the base, it was made specifically for Felix Potin's confiture.

It stands justover 5" tall. Please check the pictures for all the signs of wear.
