Taittinger is one of the premium brands of Chanpagne in France, established as a vinyard in 1734 and taken over by the Taittinger family in 1870. 
 
This aluminium restaurant champagne bucket is as up market as the wine! it has a light bronze coloured plaque with the company's name and logo and  under the handles it is decorated with vines and grapes. The design is raised on a plinth to give  an extra touch of elegance. 
 
It has the maker's stamp on the base, Argit, Made in France. There are signs of age and use from its life in a restaurant.
 
Perfect to use as intended at home and makes a stylish plant or flower container.
