A very convenient size French stoneware confit pot, used for centuries on France for preserving food. 
 
Made of stoneware or grès in French, this classic medium to smaller confit stands 8" tall, the perfect size for displaying and storing a range of items in the home.
 
There are marks where the glaze has not taken when manually dipped in manufacture, notably one on the handle and one on the side of the pot.
 
Please note this is an old and heavy stoneware pot and the weight will be reflected in the shipping
