These pink kitchen  cannisters are a rare find and always sought after. I debated not whether to buy them, but whether to sell them because they have been repaired. Enamel canisters became chippy and rusty with use and it was French usual practice to paint them over to preserve and prelong their useful life. This link to every day French past life, in my opinion, makes them special.
 
This is so frugally French and a sign of how much madame loved her pink kitchen accessories,  that I decided to offer them for sale. The painting is a good match and only around the lids and rims. It is flaking a little when rubbed but really not terribly apparent, you can judge from the pictures and I am happy to supply more.
 
The set consists of three; spices, tea and pasta they have the gold lettering intact, the lovely wide ridged shape, still with some chippiness and rust and measure from 5.25" to 6" tall
