A rare Creil et Montereau ravier of side dish serving plate from the Marine set dating from the end of the 19th century with a gorgeous transferware design depicting sailing ships in a beautiful ink blue. It has an elegant sculpted shape and has the iconic C&M stamp on the base.
 
This is a deeper ravier, almost a dish, it would look lovely in the bathroom! There is one old chip on the side, clearly shown.
 
It measures 10" long by 5.5" wide.
