The smaller is in deliciously patinated bronze and engraved with the farmer's name and size of the bell. There are signs of use.
 
The larger is iron, with a patina of rust, use and age. It too is marked Chamonix and has a crest with a Chamonix goat engraved.
 
The bronze bell is 4" tall, the rusty iron rugged beauty an inch taller.
