These copper moulds for making canelés are the classic item for any French kitchen. They are gorgeous on display and these can be used, as the tinning is intact. They give a better texture to the outside of the cake than modern silicone and look beautiful.
These moulds are vintage of a good age and size, (2" by 2") they are quite difficult to come by and as such I have left their rich patina intact. They would polish to the deep shine of vintage copper if required.
